🔹 Position: Senior HR Executive

🔹 Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Local candidates preferred)

🔹 Work Mode: Work from Home (1–2 days Hybrid per week)

🔹 Timing: Evening shift (6:00 PM – 9:30 PM)

🔹 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

🧩 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in HR recruiting.
• Experience in corporate hiring and managing the full recruitment process.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding sessions.
• Post job openings on multiple platforms and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks.
• Prepare HR communications and presentations.
• Manage HR data, handle new hire and exit paperwork, and collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Operations teams.
